I would avoid this location if possible. The service has gone downhill, the stylists are upset or look very unhappy to be there, and now I’m not even getting the quality of haircut I would like which is the last straw with this location. I will be finding another location or business altogether.

Went here on 5/29 for a haircut. LaShawn Meynard was the stylist. There was confusion on how I wanted my hair cut. She started to get a real negative attitude. I asked the stylist that was next to us if she could cut my hair. She said she could but there was 1 person in front of me. I said no problem and as I stood up, LaShawn ripped the cape off of my neck. I asked her what the hell she was doing? She pulled it off in anger. We had a verbal argument and she told me to leave. I did and as I was walking out the door she followed me out saying she was calling the police. I said go ahead , you’re crazy. I decided to wait at the end of the building and talk to police. While she was on the phone with police , out of nowhere she ran at me and threw the phone hitting me in the head. I picked up the phone and she jumped on my back grabbing at the phone, scratching my arm in the process. I handed her the phone and I called 911. Police came. I have my story. She was given a citation for assault. Here is the report number 21052906 You can request a copy at Mansfield police. This will be upgraded to a class A as time goes on. She left bodily injury, and that folks is a class A. The cop that showed up was a rookie and she is learning.

Shannon is awesome! She has a great and super sweet personality. Always makes great conversation and really engages with her client. Not only on a personal level but attention to details about what you like and want and goes above and beyond to make sure its how you like it. Her fingers are magic when it comes to shampoo massage. Finally 100% pleased with a stylist. She is my go to from now on!
